I have loved expressing my creative side from a young age, but I had no idea where it would take me.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising in my home state of Tennessee, then headed to Austin, TX to start a new adventure. A shift in direction opened me up to the world of hair styling and I never looked back! 
I graduated at the top of my class from Baldwin Beauty School in South Austin and started an apprenticeship to further my education. 
After my first exposure to balayage I was hooked and knew this technique was something I wanted to explore much deeper. Throughout my (15!) years behind the chair I have continually sought out additional education to master classic techniques, acquire new skills and most of all to keep growing both professionally and personally.  
After completing the Network Educator courses and several others, from the Bumble and Bumble University in NYC, I helped design an apprentice and salon education program. Then mentored and taught new stylists as they developed their skills. 
I specialize in low-maintenance color and cutting techniques, complemented by easy home styling and non-toxic hair care. 
Enough about me, this is really about you! I want you to love your hair. My goal is to bring out the best in your hair and to make you feel as amazing as you look when you leave the salon. I want you to not only enjoy coming in for a visit but to feel confident about recreating your look at home!
