Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is important to me and time is reserved just for you. I am committed to providing the best possible service during that time.
If you cannot make your appointment it is your responsibility to cancel or reschedule via email or online at least 24 hours in advance.
50% of services booked will be charged for all cancellations and reschedules that give less than 24 hours notice. 
All SAME DAY cancellations and NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of services booked.
Please inform me as soon as possible if you are sick or have an emergency and cannot make it to your appointment as these are exceptions.
You may cancel or request to reschedule any appointment via email at or through the online booking system.

Financial Policy

Payment in full for any service is due at the time service is rendered. 

I accept all major credit cards and cash as forms of payment. (+ Venmo or Paypal for on location services/weddings)

I require a current credit card on file to reserve an appointment time. This card will only be charged if needed for late cancellations and no-shows.

Late Policy

Please try to be timely to your appointment as it can affect others after you. I will try my best to accommodate you if you are running a few minutes late.

If you are more than 10 minutes late you may need to reschedule or forfeit a portion of your service (example a haircut minus the blow dry) 

I try my best to stay on time and to be mindful or your time. If I am running more than a few minutes behind I will contact you
