Covid-19 Guidelines for Salon Clients

Masks are required for clients to enter the salon and receive a service. If you do not have a mask let your stylist know before your appointment as they may have one available for purchase. Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to enter the salon or receive hair services at this time without a mask.

Masks must be worn throughout your appointment and the nose and mouth must be covered at all times. One that loops over the ears is best for hair services and disposable masks are best for color services

Your temperature will be checked by your stylist when entering the salon with a contactless thermometer.

Clients running a fever or showing symptoms from state guidelines https://gov.texas.gov/uploads/files/organization/opentexas/OpenTexas-Checklist-Cosmetology-Hair-Salon-Customers.pdf must reschedule a minimum of 14 days from current appointment day.

Let your stylist know before your appointment if you have come into contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or traveled through an airport in the last 14 days. If so, you must reschedule a minimum of 14 days from your current appointment date

Only one client per stylist is permitted inside the salon at this time, no guests please.

Please be on time for your appointment. If you are running late, you may be asked to reschedule. Appointments may take a little longer than usual as clients have not received hair services in a while in addition to extra cleaning and screening steps in place, so there is less flexibility for tardiness.

Our lobby is currently closed. Please wait outside or in your vehicle until your stylist is ready for you. Please text your stylist when you arrive and they will let you know when it is time to come in.

Clients are required to wash/sanitize their hands upon entering the salon, before their service.

If you want to purchase retail items your stylists will help pick them out for you as clients are currently not allowed to touch retail products under state guidelines.

Please do not interact with other clients or stylists (other than your service provider). Social distancing of at least six feet should be practiced, with the exception of the stylist and their client.

Our coffee bar area will be closed. Your stylist can provide you with water and a disposable cup, but please allow them to get it for you.

I will send you a pre-appointment questionnaire 24 hours before your appointment which must be filled out.
